Desperate Housewives Writer Marc Cherry and actress Nicollete Sheridan’s “wrongful termination” lawsuit is currently deadlocked according to the Associated Press and TMZ. Jurors are unable to decide whether Cherry unfairly dismissed Nicollete Sheridan from the show after she complained to ABC executives that Cherry allegedly slapped her. Sheridan’s character, Edie Britt was killed off of the show in 2009. Allegations that Sheridan was physically attacked by Cherry was dismissed.
Desperate Housewives is currently in its eight and final season.
